Every 8 weeks, the leaderboard resets. Everyone starts fresh with a chance to climb from Bronze to Diamond.
Points earned through predictions, streaks, achievements, and referrals determine your league tier. Top performers get promoted, bottom performers get relegated.

Promotion & Relegation
📈 Promotion (Top 20%)
If you finish in the top 20% of your tier, you get promoted to the next tier for the following season.
Benefits:
- Start next season at higher tier
- Better baseline rewards
- Access to higher-tier competitions
- Prestige and badge upgrades
Example: You're Gold and finish top 20%. Next season you start in Platinum automatically.
📉 Relegation (Bottom 20%)
If you finish in the bottom 20% of your tier (and don't hit minimum points), you get relegated.
How to Avoid:
- Stay active (predict at least 3x per week)
- Complete daily challenges
- Maintain minimum point threshold
- Participate in tier competitions
Safety Net: Can't drop below Bronze. Bronze tier has no relegation.
